Hydraulic Shear

An Allied Labounty MSD112 shear mounted to a custom built operation and transport frame. The shear is able to be positioned at different heights to accommodate different task requirements without additional supports. Shearing force of 280 Tons.

Self Loading Under-roller’s

With as little as a 1ton Forklift to assemble the RWDS under-rollers, they have the lifting and rotating power to handle 35 Ton reels of any dimension. Eliminating the requirement for heavy lifts and crane hire.

Powered Roller

This unique equipment is designed to eliminate the need for personal or other machinery to pull/guide product from the storage reel to shear jaws( Maximising efficiency and safety). Pull force 3Ton.

Flushing/ Purging Equipment

RWDS are able to provide flushing equipment with a wide range of flows and pressures For preparing equipment for safe waste disposal.

RWDS are able to provide Air/Nitrogen (pellet) Purging ensuring no traces of any fluids are contained, removing the potential of Environmental issues.

RWDS provide bunds and spill kits as a secondary protection measure, as well as fluid transfer pumps, and waste fluid receptacles.

All fluids removed from Decommissioning are safely disposed.
